Workout for today was light. It was my day off so I just did a quick core workout along with some pushups....

Crunches - 100 reps
Plank hold to failure - 5 reps
Superman hold to failure - 5 reps
Close grip pushups - 20 reps
Standard military pushups - 20 reps

What was on my plate for today....

Meal 1 - Egg beaters with turkey breast, broccoli, tomatoes and spinach. Water along with morning ACV, cranberry, lemon detox drink

Meal 2 - 1 Oatbran pumpkin muffin with light and fit yogurt and sugar free strawberry preserves along with afternoon detox drink blend with Perfect food raw powder.

Meal 3 - 1/2 Joesphs flax pita with 1 laughing cow cheese wedge with turkey breast. 1/2 serving of Red Mango yogurt. Water

Meal 4 - Lettuce with Peppadew peppers, turkey breast, apple and balsamic vinegar. 1 cup of Moms brown rice chicken gumbo. English breakfast black tea with FF milk followed by Evening detox ACV and cranberry drink.

Meal 5 - Decaf nespresso capsule with splenda and FF milk
