Breakfast - AM detox drink. Protein pancakes with fruit and agave nectar. 





Lunch - Lentil soup, minced Lachmacun salad with lemon and grilled chicken kabobs. 

Snack - Motor oil juice blend from Whole foods 

Dinner - Homemade juice and a few bites of Tilapia Cioppino.
