Suitcase crunch - 3 sets of 20 reps 
Reverse jackknifes with 12 lb MB - 3 sets of 20 reps 
Standing oblique crunch with leg raise - 3 sets of 20 reps for each side 
Squats - 5 sets of 15 reps 
Leg Press - 3 sets of 25 reps with 90 lbs 
Hanging leg raise - 5 sets of 10 reps 
Light cardio - 30 mins total 
Elliptical - 20 mins 
Walking on the tread - 10 mins
