Yesterday was wonderful, SO happy I worked hard and got in my 7 miles!!! Now for today I am set for 6 miles, I CAN DO THIS!!!!! I just need to focus and not get sidetracked with Christmas decorating and so on....
I am off to walk this morning! Hope everyone has a blessed day! Here is what I am aiming for today....
Goals for today -
1. Drink at least 128 oz of water, but aim for 192 oz - 1.5 gallons.
2. Stay within calorie range - (1,800 - 2,000) and log all foods
3. Walk 6 miles
4. Consume at least 70 grams of protein
5. Consume 35 grams of fiber
