Fitness schedule for the week

We are back from vacation. It was a dream! I will write a blog all about it along with photos this week but for now I want to get back on track with my walking and fitness schedule....

Goals for this week -
1. Walk 30 miles
2. Consume at least 35 grams of fiber each day
3. Drink at least 128 oz of water a day
4. Burn 2,500 calories
5. Log and stay within calories each day

Sunday - 3 miles
Monday - 6 miles
Tuesday - 4 miles
Wednesday - 6 miles
Thursday - 4 miles
Friday - 6 miles
Saturday - 3 miles

Now thats a dedicated woman. You get back from vacation and instead of writing all about that, you jump right into you fitness goals :)

30 miles...think I will do the same this week as well.
