My Clean Program Results Day 1

I have to say that the first day was really good! I am very pleased with how easy it was for me to make my meals and I felt very satisfied. I think a large part of this is due to the fact that I was on a form of the elimination diet for the month of January. It was easy to transfer over to the cleanse without feeling so deprived. I do miss a warm breakfast of steel cut oats or a good bowl of greek yogurt but my shake was very good!

Workout Time - 30 mins of Power Yoga

Meal 1 - Breakfast Berry shake - Garden of Life RAW Protein powder, Aloe Vera juice, Garden of Life Perfect Food RAW, Chia seeds, Coconut water and unsweetened Almond Milk.

Meal 2 -  Brown rice, Braggs Aminos, Ginger, Onion, Garlic, Bok Choy, Kale, Coconut Oil, Nappa Cabbage, Portabella Mushrooms saut√©ed together with raw Nappa Cabbage on top. Yerba Mate tea

Meal 3 - 1/2 Honeycrisp Apple and .5 tbsp of Cashew butter. Yogi Detox tea

Meal 4 - Kale, Dandelion, Watercress, Cucumber, Ginger, Lemon, Mint and Bok Choy Juice

Meal 5 -  Aloe vera juice, RWK just cranberry, Garden of Life Detoxifiber and Braggs ACV

Meal 6 - Berry shake - Garden of Life RAW Protein powder, Aloe Vera juice, Coconut water and unsweetened Almond Milk.
