Training Schedule 6/8 - 6/14

Monday - Recovery from race
Tuesday - ST, light bike ride with walk
Wednesday - Swim 1 mile, Bike 10 miles, Run 3 miles
Thursday - Bike 20 miles, ST and
Friday - Swim 1 mile , ST
Saturday - 4 mile run/walk
Sunday - Rest!
