Hey Jen! I really enjoy reading your blogs. I have a question though, how do you know how many calories you've burned for the day? do you estimate or is there a site you go to? I would love to know how much I burn when I exercise daily. thanks

Thanks for your comment Leigh!

I use a heart rate monitor when I exercise. I use Polar, but there are many others out there. There are sites that can estimate your calorie burn depending on the exercise but a heart rate monitor is more accurate.

Here is the site for Polar - http://www.polarusa.com/us-en/

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi Jen. Thank you for stopping by my blog and for following me.
I admire you exercise plan. I am not quite to that point yet. :)

Hi Jen! For some reason your blog (although I have been following it for awhile) JUST showed up on my blog list on my blog roll. Strange.

Anyhoo, just wanted to say I am a huge Cathe fan. I am 5 months pregnant and switched to full body workouts versus body part splits and I am using a bunch of Cathe's DVD's along with taking body pump classes. I love Butts and Guts and Drill Max.

Anyway, your workout looks awesome! Nice job! Thanks for sharing and I look forward to following your blog more closely!
