Tis the season for Pumpkin!

I have made several variations of this recipe but the one this morning was wonderful. It is so simple!

I used 2 egg whites, 2 tbsp of Bobs Red Mill High Fiber Mix, 1 tbsp of Hodgson Mill buckwheat pancake mix, about 3 tbsp of Coconut milk, 1 tbsp of Garden of Life protein powder, about 2 tsp of chia seeds, cinnamon and 2 tbsp of pumpkin.

Soooo good! Enjoy!

thank you!!!!! for the pumpkin pancake recipe~~~I just made some semi-healthy pumpkin muffins: to DIE for !!!I'm trying to leave the rest of them for kids.
That Cathe dvd is KILLER! My hip flexor was throbbing just WATCHING all those kicks and jumps...so way out for me right now. But something to keep in mind for the future ,when I'm healed!!
