What's for lunch?

How are you fueling your body today?

Here is my lunch.... Swiss card, green beans, roasted red peppers, zucchini, tomatoes, sweet red peppers, celery, onion, kidney beans mixed with a little garlic hummus and balsamic dressing.

That looks yummy! (But powerful, if ya get my drift!) ;)

I'm getting ready to make tuna fish and veggies/fruit. Dinner is in the crockpot, red pepper chili with light cornbread. Yum!

is the chard wilted or fresh? that look delicious and I SO need to get back into many many veggies. I'm so thankful for your pics of food...they are helpful. Today was a fair day for eating but there's much room for improvement.

The swiss chard -- which turns out to be red kale, I forgot....ha! Anyways, it is fresh....more vitamins and nutrients!
