Hey, You are motivating me! I need to get started and I think writing out little goals for the day is the way to go. I have seven children and my youngest is seven months old. It is so hard to find the time to get fit. I need to lose a considerable amount of weight and I feel a little hopeless right now. I'll just start with baby steps....a lttle bit is better than not trying at all...right?

Writing down goals and accomplishments makes one accountable....I love it!! Small steps. Especially for those of use with babies and small kids...it all about making time for you, give yourself one hour a day for your health, your kids will benefit from it!

I always plan and write out my workouts I have to keep myself accountable that way.
