Yummy oatmeal...

A great and delicious way to get in 8 super foods as you start your day! Steal cut oats with fresh blueberries, strawberries, ground flaxseeds, omega enriched cranberries, apple, walnuts and Bob's Red Mill high fiber cereal added in. The Bob's cereal consist of oats, wheat bran, flaxseed meal, oat bran and wheat germ. Just add 1 tsp of this mix to your steel cut oats along with 1 tsp of ground flaxseeds. YUMMY!!

Hi Jen, I've been following your blog for a while after finding you on sparkpeople. I think you are just the cutest! : )

Anyway, I'm a stay-at-home mom in need of some inspiration to lose 30 pounds. Do you have any advice on how you got started? What kept you motivated? Perhaps you've already written about this, if not, would you consider writing a post about this.

You've been so successful and I just need some inspiration. Lately, life has been very stressful. My son was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and sadly, I've been doing a lot of emotional eating.

What a festive way to start the holiday! Love that...I may try it this week, if I can find some fresh blueberries. Keep up the good work, I love reading about your success!
