Day 1 Results

Jen - 46 min walk/run.
Micah - 30 min walk/run

Foods -
Oatbran with steel cut oats, cranberries and apple.
Mixed Nuts as snack
EZ bread sandwich with spinach salad, red bell pepper, chicken, pineapple and broccoli. FF cottage cheese.
Nectarine with EZ granola and oatmeal
Starbucks decaf skinny latte
3 L of water

I love how us new moms are able to set new goals...it's like having a baby inspires us to be the healthiest we can be....
