Just think. I have now lost 16 lbs since my last half marathon which was December 5th!! Think about how that weight has affected my knee. Think about running holding a 16 lb DB!! That is what I was running with! When I think about this I understand so well just how important it is for me to focus on weight loss this year so that I can come back in 2012 and race my triathlons again, but this time LEANER and FASTER!!!
This is my motivation photo we took while in Bali. I am wanting to get back to where I was in 2008 and now I have only 4.6 lbs to go!!!
I am getting ready to do an easy 6 miles today as it is my last run before my half marathon on Saturday. I really feel on top of the world!

congrats!! weight loss goals, when realistically set are such an accomplishment!!! Too many people set crazy goals and feel awful when they do not achieve them...you are an inspriration!!!
