Breakfast - Maca root, Chia seed, Raw Cacao and Green Vibrance shake with Oolong tea and my lemon, ACV and cayanne pepper drink
Snack - Fresh Berries with a small amount of Greek Yogurt.
Lunch - Soy, Spinach and Shiitake mushroom sauce over Shirataki noodles (tofu noodles)
Dinner - Cilantro, Kale, Bok Choy, Ginger, Lemon, Apple, Spinach, Orange, Beet and Cucumber juice along with a raw veggie and tabouli salad and Chai Masala Tea with Almond milk
