Breakfast - Oats, Maca root, Chia seeds, blueberries, blackberries, stevia and almond milk. Green tea and water 

 

Lunch - Salmon salad over buckwheat greens 

 

Dinner - Dal with Vindaloo Tilapia and flax bread.
