Here are my results so far for the month of June.....
Miles - 35.10
Pushups - 308
Squats - 1,020
Crunches - 900
Goals this week -
1. Get in 15 miles
2. Aim for 60 mins of cardio every day
3. ST 3 times this week
Need to finish my shake and steel cut oats! I am SOOO hungry after our 5 mile walk we had this morning. Have a great week everyone!

ummmmm oatmeal is my very favorite
protein of choice over here is the Isoflex chocolate peanut butter!!
