Training Schedule for week prior to my 2nd Triathlon....


Monday - Recovery from Sundays race!

Tuesday - 800 yard swim /12 mile bike/ 3 mile run

Wednesday - 1200 yard swim/ 3 mile run

Thursday - 800 yard swim/12 mile bike/2 mile run

Friday - 1200 yard swim/90 min walk

Saturday - Easy 5 mile ride/ light run 15 mins

Sunday - Triathlon!!!! GO JEN GO!!

Congrats on finishing your first race! Did you adapt your diet at all the day before? I am doing my instructor training in a couple of weekends and have been looking for tips on what to eat in order to feel good to be on an indoor bike for 5-6 hours per day.
