New week, new goals!!




I only have 5 days left on my current challenge and I am determined to finish strong! For this week my meals will remain on plan and for my training, I am taking it to the streets! Monday through Thursday my goal is to walk 8 -10 miles each day and Friday is my rest day as it's the day we fly out to Hong Kong!!
