Tonights dinner....

Baked Salmon and roasted carrots along with a salad made from napa cabbage, broccoli, tomatoes with a homemade dressing....two types of mustard, plain yogurt, a small...very small amount of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, chia seeds and seasonings. We had this along with some of that AMAZING spelt bread....I tell you it is so good!

We are so happy to find healthy foods here! I even ran across a store today called Life! It is a natural foods store that carries Quinoa, flaxseeds, vitamins, natural skin care, etc......I was sad though as they did not have unfiltered ACV or Chia seed.......my two favorite things! I will keep looking!!

Anyways, here was our meal and I have to say it was very good!

Looks wonderful as always! I hope you don't have to end up buying a chia head to tide you over until you find bulk seeds! :)
