Meal 2 - Raw Spinach, Cucumber, Onion, White Beans, Brown rice, Braggs Aminos (small amount in mixture) Ginger, Onion, Garlic, Bok Choy, Kale, Coconut Oil, Nappa Cabbage, Portabella Mushrooms with homemade dressing made with Coconut Vinegar, Organic Dijon Mustard (no sugar) and ginger.
Meal 3 - .5 tbsp Raw Almond butter. Yogi Detox tea
Meal 4 - Chia Seeds activated with warm water, Almonds and Stevia ( my clean version of a tapioca pudding! Really good)
