Jen's Half Training and Micah's C25K Day 1
I am starting my training today for the Dallas White Rock Half Marathon. Working along side me as my coach will be my dear husband Micah who will be doing the C25K program.
Here are our schedules for this week....
Jen's Half Training Week 1 -
Monday - Rest
Tuesday - Walk fast 30 mins
Wednesday - 40 min run/walk
Thursday - 40 min run/walk
Friday - Walk fast 30 mins
Saturday - 2 mile Run with walking intervals when needed.
Sunday - Rest
Micah's C25K Week 1 -
Monday - Rest
Tuesday - 20 min walk and run intervals
Wednesday - Easy walk 20 mins
Thursday - 20 min walk and run intervals
Friday - Easy walk 20 mins
Saturday - 20 min walk and run intervals
Sunday - Rest

Turn up the heat!!! August Challenge!!
July was a great month for me. I lost inches, started running more and vastly improved my nutrition. I am hoping August will be even better!
July Totals....
1. Run/Walk - 48.58 miles (sick this month so mileage is low)
2. Crunches - 1,100 reps
3. Pushups - 155 reps
4. Squats - 1,500 reps
Goals for August!
1. Loose another 2 inches in my waist
2. ST 2 times a week
3. Walk/Run 15 miles a week
4. Consume at least 10 super foods per day
5. Drink 128 oz of water a day
6. Take vitamins and supplements daily
7. Stretch!
8. Make time for my devotionals
9. Pushups - 100 per week
10. Squats - 500 per week
