Where on earth was my energy today? It just disappeared! I am doing well this week but for some reason today was just not my day. I was set to do 6 miles but I only managed to get in just over 4 miles. I gave it my best effort but between the cold and how I felt, I just could not reach my goal for today. The good news is that I ate very well and got in all my water, so it was a successful day overall. I am now heading to bed and hopefully tomorrow will be better! Here are my stats for the week so far....
