If you are fighting an uphill battle - then this is for you today! Just keep on climbing , don't look down and keep you eyes on the prize! I know that this really had an impact on me today as I am traveling on my own personal journey to a place that I only dreamed of. It is hard at times, in fact it sometimes feels impossible to reach, but I am going to keep on climbing! After all I am closer today to the top than I was yesterday!!
Often your tasks will be many,
And more than you think you can do.
Often the road will be rugged
And the hills insurmountable, too.
But always remember,
The hills ahead
Are never as steep as they seem,
And with Faith in your heart
Start upward
And climb 'til you reach your dream.
For nothing in life that is worthy

And you have the faith to believe.
For faith is a force that is greater
Than knowledge or power or skill,
And many defeats turn to triumph
If you trust in God's wisdom and will.
For faith is a mover of mountains,
There's nothing that God cannot do,
So, start out today with faith in your heart,
And climb 'til your dream comes true!

You are a very uplifting person...your blog came up when i was doing a search to find out what a pendulum lunge with hammer curl was and out of the choices was your blog and i have got to say i love it...its very encouraging and positive
