I...Listen to your body, it's SO important!! I've learned that after years and years of struggle, thinking I need to do this and that and eat this and that...For years I would work my butt off exercising...running even though I hated it, kickboxed everyday, ST, eat all the right things to help lose weight, or I'd cut things completely and I had the same problems your having...I would gain!! I decided to start from the drawing board, and modified my exercise to walking twice a day...I ST 2-3 days a week for only 15 mins, and a day of yoga or stretching. I also limited my gluten and carbs dramatically because i also noticed when I ate that in excess I'd gain and literally FEEL like crap! I'd get bloated, gassy, upset stomach. Im now wearing sizes I havent worn since high school!! I also agree with Mands, your body needs a certain amount of everything to function properly. Maybe just take a step back and see what your body is telling you.<br />You look beautiful just the way you are!!! I follow you on instagram too...how amazing to live in all the places you have and now Singapore!! Your food intake is very low. Your metabolism will slow and you will store all that you are eatimg.
