It makes all the difference for sure.<br /><br />So glad you liked Atletica! We did that Sunday night and we were pouring in sweat. We didn't even do the whole thing, just the first 2 rounds and burned 810 cals in 30 minutes.<br /><br />I have to wonder if you're eating enough to support that kind of training. I know you're very thorough with your nutrition but I think if you upped your calories, you might see the scale get on board with your goals.
